Task
Develop a WEB application to automate and manage learning processes for optimal performance. The result should be a sustainable platform:
for schools
- create a personalized visual design of the school profile,
- invite teachers to join the school,
- implement full course pages with homework and tests, and create course schedules,
- analyze the course process, change instructors, and view all course participants,
- control the reporting on purchased courses,
- collect analytics on requests;
learners
- choose and pay for courses on the necessary topics,
- take demo lessons or courses,
- provide feedback after you have completed the training,
- plan your training on a schedule (calendar),
- study online via streaming services, review materials, and do homework,
- take different courses at different schools at the same time,
- communicate in chat or video format with teachers in the personal account;
teachers
- create lessons within the required course,
- check the homework,
- keep track of reporting on purchased courses,
- make training schedules.

The ITSYNERGY.DEV team decided to design an ERP system for business. All the learning, communication, and reporting functions will be performed in a single system, with which all the participants of Onlinebook processes – teachers, schools, and students – will work directly. The ability to send homework for review, view upcoming lessons/broadcasts, and control the entire learning process: view all and new courses purchased and calendar of events, as well as conduct dialogue with the teacher and customize profile.

The result of the interaction between the ITSYNERGY.DEV team and Onlinebook is the integration of an ERP system to run an online school: from registration and course creation to financial reports and SEO optimization. Onlinebook works according to the following format: uploading a course to the platform, setting the price, and displaying it on the course page – the client goes to the website, chooses a course, and pays for it.
